Additionally, Olivia is the Director of Outreach and Engagement of Grieboski Global Strategies Development Fund, Inc.; Outreach Executive of Bad River Productions, LLC; Director of Outreach and Engagement of ASTRID Industries, Inc.; and Outreach Director of the International Campaign for the Rohingya. As a Leadership Studies and French double major at the University of Richmond, Olivia displayed unique analytical skills and managerial finesse during her duration as a Seasonal Associate for Grieboski Global Strategies in 2015. Her studies included a breadth of social scientific studies regarding organizational effectiveness, diversity and social justice, leadership theory and methods, group dynamics, and ethics.

Olivia was born and raised in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. In her multi-disciplinary leadership studies, which included international studies programs and language, Olivia was able to harness an understanding of internal and external business relations in several contexts. She studied in Paris, France at the Université de Paris III, la Sorbonne, in the Fall of 2014 and taught current events and cultural affairs as part of a teaching practicum program during that time.

Receiving her Bachelor of Arts in May of 2016, Olivia’s professional career is just beginning. However, she has held several leadership roles in her undergraduate career at the University of Richmond. She was an active Senator of University of Richmond’s all-women student government and an innovator in her Greek organization as Integrated Communications Chair, which involved the creation of social media and print publications for fundraising and public relations. Olivia was one of fifteen collegiate women honored with the Distinguished Leader Award in the Spring of 2016 and was one of twenty installed into the inaugural class of the Red Spider Society, which places her as a leader in the Richmond Alumni Network. Additionally, Olivia has been an active member of competitive a cappella groups for over six years.

As a Seasonal Associate for Grieboski Global Strategies, Olivia consulted high profile international clients, wrote congressional testimony, incorporated a non-profit, demonstrated effective approaches to strategic planning, and orchestrated a memorial service in New York. As the Director for Outreach and Engagement, she adds her expertise in the areas of organizational management, international relations, and leadership studies. Her position serves the firm to bridge the gap between clients and policy makers and actively manage those relationships.

Olivia will be the best contact at the firm regarding matters of new business, political communications and lobbying efforts, and press inquiries.
